Organic wheat flour, filtered water, sea salt, and our mature sourdough culture. Produced in a bakery that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, sesame, and tree nuts.

Keep wrapped at room temperature for up to three days. For longer storage, slice and freeze. Toast directly from frozen.
